Instead of Replacing Seat Belts … Reweb!
If you have recently reupholstered your aircraft seats and would like to have the restraint system match the new interior, we can quote you for rewebbing services if ABI was the original manufacturer. If you haven’t done any redecorating, but your seat belts are looking shabby and you want to upgrade the aesthetic appeal, you can have them rewebbed and save money.
Quick Turn-Around Times
Restraints and seat belts that require rewebbing are in and out of our facility in less than a week on receipt of the belts for standard orders. ABI prides itself in both its attention to detail when it comes to each project and its ability to deliver a refurbished product on a tight deadline.
Does Your Aircraft Seat Belt System Need to be Rewebbed?
Use this safety checklist to assess your existing restraint system! If your webbing, stitching, hardware and TSO tags are showing signs of aging, it may be time to reweb.
Airworthy Tip: Did you know that your webbing should be cleaned with a mild laundry detergent using cold water and then air dried?
Your Certified, Authorized, Long-Term Partner
ABI is authorized by the FAA (Repair Station #YB1R632K) to offer rewebbing for ABI custom restraint systems. Each restraint is certified to TSO C22g and/or C114 following FAA procedures and standards; and comes with a permanent tag and a statement of conformance to FAA requirements, if applicable.
